My dad bought this shotgun in Belgium during WWII for $29 at the FN factory.

I've been using it since 1964. The ND Sharptail was it's latest mark.

Mine also came back with a soldier in Europe during WWII. Though no relative of mine. The guy I bought it from's Dad brought it and few other interesting items home with him. Mines a 16 ga from the 1920's. Got a pheasant with it last year on the last hunt of the year. Forgot to snap a pic though. Here's it's first kill with me. Along with my boxer mix, Mr. Marbles. Love those A5's.

I want to get an A5 so bad, but the ones I see around here are priced way too high for the condition they are in.

Great pic btw.

Nice!

For hunting geese I've had Rem SP10s, Benelli Super Black Eagles, various Rem and Win autos but ended up going back to my A5 Magnum…..it's all I use now for goose hunting. I have a Sweet 16 and the A5 mag…..both made in 1959.

My gun life would be dull indeed if not for John Browning and Bill Ruger!

My grandpa died a couple years ago. I got his A-5. Made in 1947. I bet you could populate a zoo with all the animals that thing has shot.
