I had this made by AC Warren. He is a custom knife maker from Portland OR. He also makes the sheaths.
Dyed and stabilized Giraffe bone handles, file work with brass pins,nickel silver blade guard and brass mosaic pins.

Great looking work, it reminds me of an older Jimmy Lyle #7 pattern
or a Bob Loveless.

This is Alan's Loveless style. It feels great in the hand. I believe he said the blade is CPM 154 CM he said it will skin many animals between touch ups.

Thanks everyone, he has many styles of sheaths I picked this because it has the look of knapped flint. I thought that was fitting for a knife sheath.

Nice knives, I have Alan building me another one already. It is going to be a smaller knife but have some of the same file work and we hope to find some matching giraffe bone for the scales.
