Chronograph Data for .458 Win Mag

A little bit of chronograph data for inquiring minds, using my 24" barreled Ruger No.1 chambered in the itsy bitsy .458 Winchester Mag.

23 gr of Trail Boss and 300gr Hornady JHP - 1353 fps/1219 ft lbs, very light recoil

Have some comingled powders but all well short of max Hodgdon's load data:
350gr Hornady SP - 2448fps/4657 ft lbs

Hornady Heavy Magnum factory load
500gr steel jacketed solid - 2176 fps/5256 ft lbs

Since your post that got me to load a few trailboss rounds to see for myself what you meant by "very light recoil", I feel so bad that I haven't had the chance to do more shooting. I got a box of Barry's plated just waiting to be pushed into filled brass
