I want to get a full set of choke tubes for a 20Ga red label. Ruger has them on their site but they look terribly expensive. Is there a good aftermarket set of tubes and wrench - who makes the ruger tubes anyway?

be careful I believe the early ones are not briley and aren't compatible threads. The Briley's has a BR on the box but nothing on the gun. You can also check by serial number in Chad's book I suspect or by calling Ruger

The early tubes are short, and made of blued steel. The later (Briley) tubes are longer and made of stainless steel.

If you have the early style tubes, Ruger is the only place to get 'em.
