Cheezy Potatoes

Well there was no dutch oven involved but I'm nudging my wife in that direction. :twisted: Tonight I got her to take Sixshot's (I think) recipe and cook some potatoes up. Here's some pictures of dinner tonight and boy was it good!

I had some leftovers for dinner today too and guess what?

Yep, they get better with age ! Try adding a cup of milk to the mix when originally cooking them up. Seems to smooth things up, and really bring out the potato flavor. Looks great, keep up the good work.
