Cast iron 41 bean flattop on dutch oven

Here's a new recipe I got yesterday ! .41 bean Ruger flattop. It looks delicious, sitting pretty as can be, on a #14 Lodge dutch oven. Although, it needs a new pair of shoes, to spice it up a bit.

Yep, I'm pretty excited ! This will go well with my .44 tater !

The .41 mag is an exclusive from Williams shooting supply. It's based on the .44 mag 50th anniversary model. 6 1/2 " barrel with steel grip frame. I'm a happy camper. Now, if they could make one in .45............

Be careful not to over cook that 41 in the DO. Don't chip your teeth on it either when you eat it. Steve

callshot, I'll be carefull not to over cook this gem with "hot" handloads. I've been drooling over this beauty a long time. Hopefully, she'll digest a steady diet of some re-configured wheelweights real well. Can't wait to hear her belch some powder and lead . Maybe I'll pack her with her big brother, .45 Bisley Hunter, and you can have a look see in a few days.

Maybe we'll all have a good eat, and belch together :lol: .
