Broke down and bought extra SR22 mags

My little SR22 is always loaded but seldom fired so I haven't been much concerned about keeping an extra mag loaded. Finally decided that having only 2 mags for even a peashooter isn't good logic and spent my 'downtime' yesterday searching out a couple extras. Next is finding a snug fitting pouch so I can have an extra on my belt next to the pistol.
I may get lucky and own a spare SR22 since Son says he can't hit anything with his. :D

My oldest was recently looking for a couple extra mags and they all seemed pretty pricey to me!
Where'd you get yours?

I hate to say it here but I bought 1 new in package and 1 that seller claimed like new on ebay--both for about same cost as ONE new from any retailer who actually had them in stock.

Only one and now only two mags for your .22

I guess it saves on burning through ammo.......

The SR22 comes with TWO and I bought TWO more.
Should be plenty as I don't consider the little pistol a 'high volume' shooter but those little 22 mags tend to be more easily misplaced or dinged than centerfire mags.

Bud's had the best price when I bought a few extras for mine. They currently have a two pack for $38...
The last time I bought 22/45 magazines they were cheaper on eBay than anywhere else … but not for the SR22. Guess I'll be hopping over to Bud's to pick up a couple more …
