Bottom round roast in the 'Dutch'

Here's tonights dinner. Seared bottom round roast with string beans, taters, onion, and corn. Also had a batch of 'sixshot' rolls. Topped it off with a litle Edy's mint chocolate chip ice cream. Everyone's happy ! :D

Yankee, my recipe is nothing more than sixshots recipe in SIXSHOTS DUTCH OVEN COOKING on page 3 of gallery. The only difference is I roll into balls the size of golf balls, or eggs, then bake.

I have GOT to get some enamel cast iron.

Jeff, is that enamel durable? Is it enamel on the inside (white part)?

All my stuff is regular black seasoned, but I'm itchin' to get some!

Stoots, it is enameled. Pretty durable. Mine is cooks brand.

Dick, on the contrary, we'll watch our weight go up and up and up.......... :D :D :D
