This is what their terms say:

If you live in a state other than Massachusetts, you must arrange for the shipment of firearms lots classified as “Curio/Relic,”
“Modern firearm,” or “Modern handgun” to a dealer in your state holding a Federal Firearms Dealer License who will then
transfer the firearm to you. A holder of a valid Federal Firearms Dealer License who lives in another state is permitted to pick
up firearms lots designated as “Curio/Relic,” “Modern firearm,” or “Modern handgun.” A holder of a valid Federal Firearms
Collector of Curios & Relics License who lives in another state is permitted to pick up firearm lots designated as “Curio/Relic”
at Bonhams’ Marlborough office. Some states have restrictions on transfers to Federal Firearms Collector of Curios & Relics
license holders. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be familiar with all applicable laws and regulations. To purchase with a Federal
Firearms Collector of Curio & Relic License, the firearm must be listed as acceptable on the ATF list for collectors of curios,
accessible at: https://www.atf.gov/file/128116/download and https://www.atf.gov/file/2026/download. Buyers are responsible
for checking all regulatory authorities regarding any applicable restrictions and/or license/permit requirements before shipping
any lot.

Just to be clear Bonhams has a FFL but will not ship to a buyers FFL they insist that they transfer guns to one of thier local FFLs to pack and ship and you as the buyer have to make your choice of which FFL they transfer too so in the end there are 3 f
FFLs involved I had bought many guns from auction sites and never ran into this others must have been aware of this as out of probably 60 Rugers they sold half of them for next to nothing and no bids on the rest I feel very bad for the owner that put them in this auction
