I have one of those but it doesn't look like that one (anymore). No idea of how many rounds fired but when I bought it, I was going through 2500-3000 rounds of 22 per year. The past decade this has dropped to 1000+/-. Just a SWAG of 12-15K.
It's still in the 3-5MOA depending on ammo and 100% functional.

There aren't very many like that...only the earliest guns, then Ruger decided to add the "All-Weather" to the rollmark. Here's what I've noted on them in the "Reference of Ruger Firearms"...

K77/22RP and K77/22RSP with green stock inserts and without "ALL-WEATHER" rollmark on the left side of the receiver. Known s/n's: 700-69301, 700-69893, 700-70739 and 700-70780 (K77/22RP); 700-68668, 700-69110, 700-70437, 700-71008, 700-71030 and 700-71511 (K77/22RSP). Only 4 K77/22RP and 5 K77/22RSP known of this variety. Note that K77/22RP s/n 700-72897 with green inserts is shown on pages 234 and 235 of "RUGER & HIS GUNS" by R. L. Wilson, but it is not known if this rifle has the "RUGER ALL-WEATHER 77/22" rollmark. Both models in this variation are extremely rare.

Let me know your serial number by PM and I can add yours to the list of those that are known.

I had a ruger collector tell me green inserts weren't from the factory….. is that correct? This one has pretty much been keep in the back of a closet for all those years and I don't believe the previous owner would have swapped them out.

I recall when they came out. Wild looking stock that boat paddle. Wonder if they will achieve Remington Nylon collector status down the road if not already? Kinda like em better now than years back.

I sure agree with you there! I had one back in the 90's, a 7 mag, and I remember taking it on Colorado Elk Hunt and I actually was embarrassed to taking it out of the gun case I thought it was so ugly… got home and sold it …lol! Now I kinda like the look and feel, so picked up this little 22 thinking I will give the boat paddle a second chance. Doubt if i'll shoot it, just make friends with the poor thing!
