Thanks for the link. I looked up my Ruger guns, but for the older 1966 Ruger Blackhawk, you have to go to another webpage to look up the older models. That page just lists serial numbers, and gives date ranges: https://www.ruger.com/service/productHistory/RE-Bhawk357.html
This is NOT the case with newer Ruger model look ups. For these newer model(post 1973), go to https://ruger.com/dataProcess/serialHistory/. There you just enter in the serial number, and it gives you info on when it was made and the model number as well.All the info on the Ruger site and RENE are date ranges.
For specifics you need to pay Ruger for the verification letter.
