Snuck another Blackhawk in the gun room when the Mrs. wasn't looking. LOL
I went to the Waxahachie gun show this morning and found an as new in box 30 carbine from 2013. Got it for $675 out the door, then sold a pair of Hogue grips off of it for $50 before leaving the show. Maybe eventually I'll find an old model but this scratched my itch today!

A .357magnum firing 40% more of the same powder not LOUD?!

Ever fired a .357 4" with 21.0gr of H110? At NIGHT?

Do so, then tell me a little.30Carbine is loud....
.30Carbine loud? Maybe compared to a .22lr or .38spl.
Not when compared to something in its league.

Nice find!

How is the Waxahachie gun show? I wouldn't mind going to a smaller gun show sometime.
This was the first time I've gone to Waxahachie show. It's pretty small but I did find something. LOL
I did spend about the same amount of time driving to and from the show as I did looking around.
Saw quite a few people trying to dump their pistol braced firearms.

I Super'd mine too! Mild recoil makes it the only Blackhawk that that grip will not punish me on.
Plus, the extra steel weight balances that long snout nicely.

Loud? Nah . Not if you load it like a revolver round. Pistol powders and cast bullets, it's a big ole
pussycat.
Load it with rifle ammo? Yeah , it gets pretty bright.
If shooting lead check your cylinder throats, they can be pretty wonky.

If your considering a Ronnie Wells offering,,, Consider the #5 Keith. This is one that I did on a 327M- S7. I'm really liking it and the 327M & 30carbine are very close.
Best of both worlds,
Straight Back Strap & Bisley, just a very small tad shorter Bisley.
