What is your knife?

I have a set of Elk Stags on the way for my 45 Bisley from Sack Peterson and I would love to find a nice knife that matches the stainless/stag look of the gun like you have.

I don't have the grips yet, but there is the photo on Sack's site of the ones I have coming:

Very nice, but I am going to go have my seat at the back of the bus as I can't swing a $800 plus knife at this time. Boy though, one of those Bowies with stainless hardware and Elk stags sure would go with the gun but I have other more pressing desires first...
