I want to change the barrel on my 44mg new super blackhawk 5 1/2" bbl to a
7 1/2" bbl. Are any parts other than the barrel required? (Ejector rod, etc.)

I have a 44 Mag barrel, 7.5 inch. Used but excellent condition. Has the stud.for the ejector rod, not the tapped hole.
The only issue is that its marked on top "200th Anniversary" so it came off a Blackhawk made in 1976.
It is for sale. Pics upon request. Send me a PM if interested 👍

The only part you might have to change or modify is the ejector rod housing. Remove your housing and verify if your barrel has the threaded hole or a stud sticking off the barrel surface with a threaded hole (mentioned above).
Obtain a barrel with the same configuration as yours or you'll need to change the housing and screw.

You might want to consider changing to the 1" longer housing and rod that's 5" and comes on 10" barrel guns. You'll like how it pushes the long 44 mag cases all the way out of the chambers. You'll just need to drill and thread a new attachment hole 1" closer to the muzzle. And grind off the stud if your 7 1/2" replacement barrel has one.
