I wouldn't be in a hurry to do a bunch of shooting either.

If you have a T-C G2, MGM (Match Grade Machine) Barrels in Utah will make you a .357 Max barrel that will turn your pistol or carbine into a serious big game rig. A LOT of gun in a little place! I've only killed white tails, Columbian black tails, and piggies with my 20" carbine, but I wouldn't hesitate to use it for elk in the tight timber or black bear in the woods, if I had a chance. And it shoots .357s and .38 Specials pretty well, too.

   WOW I know it can be hard to find at times. Midway has mixed amounts on hand or back ordered for $33.49 (100) $152.99 (500) sure glad I got some on hand. I'd be shooting a lot of 357 at that price.

Remington makes it still. Just back order some from one of the mail order companies like midway, or midsouth, or get it from starline. I got some a few months ago from natchezss.com for $29.00 for 100 ct.

I still shoot my 3 Maximums routinely. I was planning on reloading some rounds last weekend until back problems got in the way. I shoot my Maxes probably every 3rd month when I am around.

There is something fun about the push from the big DW model 40!
