Anybody use a Dillon Square Deal to load 45 Colt?

I just picked up a Square Deal B and it came with 9mm and 45acp setups and I am going to start there. I am curious though does anybody use it for the bigger handgun rounds like 357, 44mag, 45 Colt or possibly 454 Casull?

Honestly it might be moot for the 454 Casull as I have the dies for my single Stage Rock Chucker press and for as few rounds of that I shoot setting up a progressive borders on insanity.

I am curious though on the others, anybody use the square deal and happy with the results? Work fine with lead bullets? I need to walk before I run so I am going to load up an ammo can's worth of 9mm as I've got those supplies (bullets in the mail) but I may want to start watching for the conversion sets if they work well.

Thanks in advance.

Ok, thank you. I figure if it handles 45 Colt then anything smaller will be easier but after 9mm and 45acp the handgun round I shoot most is 45 Colt

My thought would be that if Dillon makes dies for it then you can reload that caliber. According to the catalog, you can get SDB dies in:
.45 S&W Schofield
.45 GAP
.45 Colt
.45ACP
.44-40 Winchester
.44 Mag
.44 Spl
.41 Mag
10mm,
.40 S&W
9mm
.38 Super Comp
.38 Super
.357 Mag
.38 Spl
.380 ACP
.32 S&W Long/H&R Mag

Been using the square B for over 25 years. Great press and a forever no BS warranty.
I only use lead bullets.

I have loaded 44 mag on my square b. No problem. I lube the case as I also do for 357 mag.

I no longer reload 44 mag but still have conversion.

I have 2 SDB's and a 550B. The SDB I load .32, 9mm, .38 Sp, .357 mag, 10 mm, .44 WCF. 44 Sp, .44 mag. .45 ACP, .45 COLT. One is set for SPP, and the other for LPP. I load both smokeless and black powder on them. I use the 550B to load rifle rounds, but have the dies and tool heads to load for the pistol calibers. They are easy to set up and change calibers.

Was my first progress press paid 189.00 from Dillion with shipping; worked great.

I have 2 SD-Deals set up and 6 caliber changes. 32 S&W to 45 LC. When I bought mine in 1988 it was Dillon's only progressive Auto indexing press other than the expensive RL1000.
