I do not recall ever seeing it mentioned here. This gadget is a Score High benchrest follower. It's a little gadget that fits in the magazine box and allow you to load one round at a time much more easily than through the magazine.
I use one in my M77-UM and it makes loading my very long cartridges a snap.

For load development or prone slow fire competition, this gadget is excellent.
