Hey Guys,
Here is another SHOOTER OLD Model 4 5/8" 45 Colt. As you can see it has a NM 45 Colt Cyl. in it. The NM cyls. do have a couple of advantages . One you can see if it is loaded second you can spin the Cyl to see if ya have a high primer then put it on the empty chamber. Yea I know about the load 1 skip 1 stuff. The CAS shooting I do that does not pertain. Folks want to MAKE SURE YOU are on an empty chamber. :roll:
Anyway this Cyl was fitted by Ruger and the gun was re-blued at the same time. It is like a brand new gun. Oh yea it has a 45 ACP Cyl to go with it.
It now has the correct grips on it.
Hay anybody have an OM 45 Colt Cyl. they want to trade?????????
I think it will like living with it's brothers. It might need a brass grip frame
