Ruger's Elmer Keith #5 inspired Bisley Flat Top in .44 Special. There may be many like it but this one is mine and its a keeper.

Skeeter Skelton's famous.44 Special load relied on Unique powder. I found a full container in my stash that I've obviously had a while, the price was $10.95

Skeeter's load is still a winner. 5 shots off hand at 25 yards

5 more shots at 100 yards. (Yeah I pulled 2  )

Nice shootin'!

I have a can of Unique like yours with $13.25 on it. It's been refilled many times from a larger jug though. I like the narrow mouths of the older cans and I don't like the newer plastic gunpowder containers at all. Also, the powder sticks all over the inside of them.
