Here's a nice, customized No 1 in .223 that I had rebarrelled with a somewhat heavier, longer (25") barrel with a faster, 1 in 9" twist. Notice the nice crown on the muzzle. I had a Canjar single-set trigger installed, which is a superb unit. It has a normal 3 lb pull and a set pull of 1.5lbs, which is great for bench work. The pictures show the trigger in the set and normal mode. The rifle came with the gorgeous piece of walnut (both sides equally figured), so it is a pleasure to look at after the range work is done. Not a collector, but a working rifle that shoots, looks great and gives me much pleasure... a great varmint rifle that's not another boring bolt gun. 2nd photo is a little blurred, but the group size comes across; it shoots quite well.
