Any one have a AMT AUTOSCALE they would like to sell. They do not make them any more. I have had mine for a long time and it stopped working. There is a small like transformer on 1 end you plug in an outlet with a single pin plug that powers the scales. That is what I need because last time I used it ,tapped on the side and got it to work. Can't make it work again. Anyone know where anyone could buy something like this to power it?

"Wall wart" tranformers have several ratings and you can pretty easily find one that will work with your device - you might have one at home already. Most of the important info is printed on the transformer itself.

Input: Usually not an issue, needs to include 100-120VAC to plug into your wall outlet.

Output: Part of this data MUST MATCH the numbers on your scale's transformer . . .eg 6VAC (6 volts AC), 5VDC (5 volts DC), etc. Your replacement must have at least the current rating of your scale's . . . eg, 500mA (500 milliamps, IOW half an amp.) Voltage should match, amperage must match or be higher.

Finally the output pin must match the size, type, and polarity. The polarity of the transformers is shown by a small icon-like thingee that shows whether the outer shield or the inner pin is negative or positive.

Look around your house for existing transformers, you might have one that matches. Amazon has a "universal" transformer package that will probably work . . . https://www.amazon.com/Universal-Transformer-Reversible-Positive-Negative/dp/B01LBX8D58

I think the one you posted will work. Another person told me about one on eBay that worked for his, so I ordered it. If it does not I will try this one. Thanks
