Amazing military collection…included with house!

I found this today while checking local property values. This is a nice home on average but the thing that amazes me is the pictures of both the in-home and in-shop military memorabilia and movie toy and prop collection. One of the guest bedrooms is military themed and the office has a skeleton in uniform sitting at the desk. I was floored when I read that the collection was included. Yes, you read that right. Some collector probably spent the bulk of his life collecting this stuff and then died and his heirs couldn't even be bothered to try to sell off the collection. Pretty unbelievable.

Wow, if that were in our target area in east Tennessee, we'd be on the phone to the realtor! At least until we realized there is no walkout basement for rolling in gun safes

Unfortunately, even though this is basically just down the road from my place, I'll never see it. Part of the reason is if I actually saw it I would not rest until I had it. Also, there is nothing worth risking my marriage for, and I can guarantee that would ruin it. So while it's nice to dream, it's not happening. Also- for any of you who would seriously consider relocating for this- do your due diligence and research Oregon's current gun climate. It is awful. If I ever do move again it will be out of Oregon.
