Magnum ( Missing ) Cylinder Information

Missing magnum cylinder.

I have my late fathers old model 3 screw single six convertible. And the gun is in very nice condition but the .22 magnum cylinder has long since gone missing. Can Ruger furnish me with another? Or Do I just trade this thing for a single 9... I really want a 22 mag... Its pretty nice I would be...
