Looks like a purpose orientated rifle. 35 Remington(35K) is milder to the shooter than the 358 Winchester, so some like that aspect. Still has pretty fair power for hunting, seems like the eastern woods might be a place for it or just on the range with someone that likes it.
Obviously someone bought it for what it is, specific caliber and all. Do the math on the build and outsourced, probably is in the relative ballpark. Probably an aftermarket barrel rather than a rebore, but looks like they kept the basics of contour etc.
I noticed the two studs were left out of the rib/barrel interface, always touchy to put in; probably won't need them in this caliber.
358 winchester is a fine case as well, but in a No.1A; it will be more than the 35 Remington to the user in both aspects.
