This is new unfired upper but it did have a barrel, bcg/ch and a rail hand tightened or mocked up for storage. Very minor evidence of this is visible on the forward outside edge from the rail ears and where the charging handle latches up. I priced it accordingly. $89 shipped via USPS priority insured with tracking. Receiver shown is the EXACT one that you will receive. Electronic payment preferred but snails mail works fine too.
