MSRP on that Ruger is about $460 …. Street price generally in the $325 range.
It's a WalMart world …. Cheapest price wins and the economy has turned to crap.
Hope all those folks eating up a $200 semi auto ain't expecting CZ or Glock quality or reliability.

Jeez, wish I knew about this Beretta a couple months ago when I got a P365X. The Beretta is about half the the price of the Sig and I like Berettas( have two). I likely would have went Sig but I sure wish I knew then to compare the two head to head. As Hitt said, it's a buyers market.

I posted this as it is a Ruger Forum. I have no experience with the NEW Ruger Max. I did own a LC9S and that was a fine gun. Got rid of it as the trigger because to light. No where near the quality of the Beretta, but was a nice thin gun for EDC. I believe the LC9S is still for sale for a good price and they supposedly have redone the trigger.

I was at their Savannah store yesterday. I get their emails so was aware of the Max-9. I'm not a GA resident so can't buy at the store anyway. I also handled a Taurus .327 and was impressed, for the price. They run $324 at PSA, and Taurus is offering a $50 shoptaurus.com credit "rebate" through late July. I might still order one of those for a "kit gun".

I did buy my LCP pro years ago for what I considered a deal from a local pawn shop that I had never been to and never went back to and is now gone.... but I have never been one to look for a deal or at least was never good at getting one.... the last pistol I bought was a used one on display at my local FFL and I asked the clerk to ask the owner what kind of deal he would give me if I paid cash that day... he knocked $50 off and so I only had to pay $1,200 for the used pistol.

My nephew has the same model. Raves about it. Has put MANY rounds through it.
That price is hard to beat 💓
I have been shooting the Nano since it first came out. Over 18,000 rds through one of them. The gun has few parts, almost over built. They have continued to upgrade over the years and the NEW APX Carry is really nice. They improved on the trigger and other componets and now a excellent DAO style much like the Kahrs. Some will like that, some not. I have many Micro 9mm's including the Sig 365XL (which is a great gun) but the new Carry is smoother, and again built like the proverbial tank. Magazines are like custom 19ll's. Modular chassis which is easy to take down and so simple to work on.
I saw this ad and am tempted to buy another one just to have and cannot beat the Price. I have two Nano's and already a new APX carry.

Old Nano, ran hard but still going strong ( I did a cheap stippling on it.) New model has the best grip I have handled on any gun. They added great serrations that make it very easy to rack.
I put a Bid Dot on the new gun as I am a fan of Instinctive shooting and this gun is very fast and easy to handle.
