In 1948 a B-29 Superfortress crashed into Lake Mead and sank. It's still there.

Its serial number was 45-21847. Wouldn't it be something to come up with Old Model .45 Blackhawk with that serial number?

In 1943, a B-17 crashed into a mountain in the Big Horns not far from where I now live. # was 42-3399 nicknamed "Scharazad". I looked for a Ruger serial number, and it think the only thing close is a 10/22 that was released in 2015.
