Due to the extreme thickness of the grips on the single six, I would guess they are Hogue black micarta or maybe ebony. Do you a actually like the grips that thick at the top?

Great toys, by the way. Stick all that stuff under your jacket and you're covered for anything.

They make their Bisley grips thick like that also. I don't get it. That area where the bevels are really has nothing to do with your hold on the gun.

Maybe it's just my opinion but I don't understand why they do it since it's not necessary.
