Hope y'all enjoy, feel free to share yours as well. I'd really love to see some of the elusive maple stocks. It's the one that I haven't been able to acquire YET.

Those are beautiful stocks.

Here you go...

A couple of the Talo French walnut rifles...

My 200th year 10/22...

And my early production 10/22 Mannlicher...

I've seen some really nice 10/22 wood on this board (yours included). I've stopped buying rifles with the exception of the 10/22...if I see a nice one (beautiful stock), I'm a goner. I like the CZs, too. Recently found a nice 10/22 Sporter, but a good friend wanted if after I bought it (so I sold it to him). Always looking for more. Thanks for sharing yours.

Gatling,
Those are beautiful stocks! I'd love to have one of those French walnuts for sure. I have a cz 452 fullstock that's pretty nice as well as an American hm2 that is pretty. I have a weakness for the nice wood, I buy the stocks and then build a gun to put in them. The second is a work in progress, it's stripped and rough sanded and I'm working all of the dents out.

Jim,
All of the dsp's are pretty in my book. I'm waiting to find an older one without checkering that needs to be refinished.

I'm almost embarrassed to post this one. It's not the prettiest stock by any stretch of the imagination but it is old, walnut and finger-groove. Not a lot of these around so maybe I'll shoot for the oddest submission ~ LOL.

That is far from odd and a true beauty, they just don't make then like that anymore. I love the grip cap and the sling mounts. When I find one I will own one. You're a lucky man!

Yep, I like the finger groove 10/22 rifles, too. I've been on the lookout for one.

Iron 85,

I hope you find one and refinish it - please post photos if you do.

Hittman,

Photos of a finger groove are always appreciated.

Well I'm waiting on a reply email but I think I found my finger-groove. A mint 68 6 digit sn,and it looks almost perfect! No refinish will be necessary on this one. Ill post pictures if I ever get to go home and pick it up :D

Not the best picture; but my first 10/22. I actually bought it used so that I could take down and do a 10/22 build with the receiver; but when I got it home and cleaned it up, I just could not do it and decided to keep this one and find another beater for a build.
