I tried your idea of adding tomato sauce to the Mac-n-cheese, along with hamburg/onions, and ended up with beef-a-roni ! Turned out great. Thanks for the inspiration

I've ammended 'sixshots' dutch chicken recipe. For really crispy chicken, instead of putting in dutch oven, place chicken on cookie sheet, and bake for 45 min. at 350 degrees, after doing the quick fry stage. They're both good, it just depends what kind of mood I'm in. Crispy, or tender.
