About two weeks ago, I returned my Redding .303 Savage sizing die as I had a stuck case. When I removed the stuck case, part of the neck sheared off and remained in the die.

Sent it to Redding and explained that I did not apply enough case lube to the case neck. Last week, the Redding returned the die. The technician's packing stated "case removed, polished ultrasonically cleaned die and replaced de-capping rod assembly." To my uneducated eye, it looks like a new die.

And there was no charge to correct an error I made. Redding will have more of my business.

I have only one set of Redding dies, the 32 long/32 mag dies which I also use for 327 mag. They are top notch, to be sure.

Looking at a Redding benchrest powder measure after Christmas.

All of my reloading equipment except dies is Redding.I've been very pleased and have not had any problems or breakage.Quality costs more but i prefer to buy my tools once.I use RCBS dies and find their products are quality as well.
