9mm Extreme Plated Bullets

I am trying to start a bullet buy.
I have a friend who's sitting on 10K plus of 9mm bullets. This is bulk packed in sealed plastic bags. This is old stock that he had left over when he closed his reloading shop years ago.

He is asking $80 per 500 bag. Projectiles not ammo.
I have to buy a minimum pf 5K. He has 115, 124 and 147 available all in RN.
I only want 1K so there's 4K available. I don't mind covering the cost of if I can get people to commit. If you are interested please PM and I will send you my email and cell number. I have until Sunday to commit my order.

I am also willing to ship, but the buyer must cover the cost of shipping. A medium flate rate will fit 1k.

I'd buy the 4K @ $80 per 1000 but not at twice that. If the guy's had these bullets a while, very likely he only paid $55-65/1000. I'm not trying to bugger the deal, I'm just presenting the facts.
