I decided to go full Wick with my latest holster rig. My full size Poly80, Glock22, 357sig abomination with an optic and light needed a substantial rig. This can go OWB or Shoulder Rig. It holds a 27rnd mag on the holster and there'll be 2 more 27's under the other arm. So with 16 in the gun that's a Wick worthy load out that can be worn under a jacket. I'm still waiting on the Carnuba Wax finish.

UHH, I'm already walking with a cane. With that outfit, I'd need a walker/wheelchair to tote the weight:LOL:
Yeah I'm not getting any younger. Most of my "Projects" are an exercise in how far can I push the envelope just because I can. It's kinda like a parachute. If you need it and don't have it!!! If a situation ever arises where someone is calling me in a panic that I can discreetly show up with more than an LCP. Anyone can do normal off the shelf stuff. I get an idea and figure out how far I can do things. I built a capable Full size pistol with an optic and a light. So now how can I carry it if I feel I want that level of protection? I've made dozens of custom holsters. I started when I was a kid and my neighbor was on a SWAT team in the 70's. He had an AMT 8" barreled 1911. Others had 44's etc and wanted cooler rigs than commercially available. Metal lined break front belt holsters, or break back shoulder rigs. All because I started with my leather working merit badge!!!

I have a few welding projects to deal with and I'll probably start on the double mag pouch and harness. This'll need a little more support than my Max9 or Bond Arms.

As for a BBQ gun as well as 357 Sig caliber.. here is one of mine:

This is actually a Sig M25 / P226...the Navy Seal pistol in Dessert Tan but I had an upper for a Sig P226 in 357sig redone in the same coating and even the Crimson Trace Laser on the rail is the same.... Grips are G10s from Hogue. I did have to fabricate a special holster for it.

I saturated it with the Carnuba Wax. It stiffens the leather like kydex without the extra layers and reinforcements.
