For sale is a very nice 77/22 in .22 LR. CAL It is used but in about new cosmetic condition. Produced in 1987 it is one of the older ones out there. It is blued, with a blued bolt handle, 20" barrel without sights, and is marked .22 LR. CAL on the barrel. The walnut stock set has a polymer hard butt plate and hand cut checkering. Factory sling swivel studs are present as well as a pistol grip cover with the Sturm Ruger emblem in white. Comes with one 10 round and one 25 round magazine. Both of which are new factory items. There is not a box. Asking $799 in Newport, New Hampshire.

I'll add a set of Ruger factory rings, no extra charge. They are low, with a height of about 9/32". An interesting part of this rifle is the caliber notation on the barrel. Apparently not many of them say ".22 LR. CAL", while most have ".22 LR." only.
