I just picked up a pair of 60th anniversary vaqueros. They are not exactly as I expected them to be but I am very well pleased with them. In addition to the gold cylinder band, they have engraving between the cylinders and special grips. I cannot figure out why they only put the anniversary logo on only one side.

I hope to be able to shoot them soon

For anybody who gets any of these, please send me a PM with sn info so we can get documented in the Ruger references. Also, the pics don't show it, but do these guns have a selectively gold layered 60th Anniversary logo on the backstrap near the hammer? My monitor makes it come out dark, but is that just a rosette of scroll engraving between each chamber?
Thanks!

These Vaqueros have a Gold band around the cylinder. They have scrollwork on the cylinder. Scroll on one cylinder the Ruger logo on the next, scroll, Logo, etc. I have also seen better fitting on the grip panels. these are proud at the top where the panels fit around the frame. They could have been done smoother.
