Fine choice and some fine looking 'iron' there well, we did all those, many years ago back in the 70s both the fixed sight and the target models tried to get the local PD to issue the mod 58 and had provided them with various loads, one local guy had even developed, to me, a ".41 Special" ( but as insurance policies dictated), HAD to be "factory" only allowed to use reloads for "range" use, and it never went anywhere, and we all know all (many) the PDs ended up going to semi autos, more firepower "per man" lots of spare ammo "on hand",,,,,,,,,, oh well,,,gee what would it be like today if the .41 mag. had come out before the .44 mag.........:cool:

Great guns.

I'm a bit of a 41 Mag. fan too, I have a 58, 57 (no dash) 4", 6" & 8 3/8" also a Ruger OM Blackhawk, Interarms Virginian Dragoon Silhouette 10 1/2", Contender 14" and a Marlin 1894. I picked up some of the Starline 41 Spec. brass for mild loads.
