50th Anniversary display in the works

As work on finetuning our current display for a couple more shows progresses I'm already milling the ideas for the next display, or two. More than likely our next display will be a 50th Anniversary handgun display. I've tracked down all of the desired 50th anniversary models so now I'm looking for items from the official 50th Ruger Anniversary in 1999, or items associated with the different handgun 50ths. I have a few odds and ends but given it was in 1999 it is a long way out of my normal wheelhouse, so I don't know what I don't know.

I've maxed my classified posting limit for the month of November so I'm just going to ask here for help locating what I may still need to throw on the display.

My wife did a 50th anniversary display years ago. I know she had all the guns and memorabilia. I remember the table covers were 50th stadium blankets then watches, cobalt cups, wine glasses,steins, 50th Ertl trucks, catalogs license plates, hats and I'm I've missed a couple items. I should have a picture of it. I know she also did a 50th anniversary flattop 357 and 44

Looking at the pictures of this one I know she done another one because I remember a couple baseball bats and wine glasses in it.

I have one of the watches and I should have the second one in January. I have the Stein, a Cobalt cup and a hat as well as the 50th anniversary knife. I do not have the stadium blanket yet but had it on my list of items I wanted to find.

we did a 50th anniversary display back in 2005 , gave it a shot ,oh well we tried ......

still got the display "parts" got rid of all the guns LONG ago as they ,to me, did not do a good enough job of "replicating" the 50th year of those first two guns and almost the 357 flatop,, to me ,only the Bearcat and the Supers were "decently" done..........:cool::rolleyes:;)

I like it. That was kind of my initial thoughts of a then and now with the original next to the 50th. I have the Standard, Single Six, Bearcat, 357, 44, and Super to figure out how to make it work.

I only made it as far as collecting consecutive 3 digit 44s and matching 3 digit 357s but then life got in the way. They will be heading down the road when the market picks up.
