Need to find out what caliber brass is suitable to convert to .455 Eley. I have scads of 45 LC brass
if it will work. Visited Star Line's web site, but could not find any 455.
Thanks,

Looks like the rim of anything currently in circulation (thinking .45 LC and .45 AR) is much smaller than the .455 rim. Fiocchi makes periodic runs of loaded ammo that is not too expensive when it's available (~35$/50) and the low pressure means you should be able to reload it forever. Buffalo Arms will also make you brass for 1$ each.

Didn't find any brass but there is this thread about the .455 Webley.

John Donnellys book on case forming is what I believe I used to find instructions for thinning the rim and shortening the case to make 455 from .45 colt years ago. My books are in storage now so I can't check.
