Nice piece.

A 5.5" Stainless Bisley .45 Colt only sold yesterday on gunbroker for $500. It was is good condition and appeared to be stock. I don't know if that helps or not!

One of the first run (non-convertible), of Acusport guns it sounds like. One sold here at the last show for $450.00 and it had the box and all. Yours would prob'ly bring a little more for the custom work/ parts, depending if you have the ol' parts too. (Especially that missing piece of barrel the new owner could re-attatch! )

Not all "custom" work equates to an increase in value. Who did it makes a big difference and finding someone that wants the altered version over the original version is a big point as well. As for the value...to some it's worth less, to some the same, others more. IMO...less than were it stock but then again...what do I know. :)
