For Sale 45 acp cylinder

I bought this cylinder off Ebay, paid $225 including tax & shipping. Finish looks good, no scratches and faint turn line. Only mark on it is a letter "S" on the pawl face
It will not fit my Bisley Vaquero. Too big for frame opening, it will go in place but drags and cylinder base pin wìl not slide into place. Not sure if it is for a 3 screw or large frame Blackhawk.
It has a red bag that is torn.
I would trade it for a 45acp cylinder correct for my Bisley Vaquero but otherwise I want $210 shipped. Prefer payment by USPS money order

I do believe that is for an old model, Don. I've been looking for one for my NM & the OMs have the groove to clear the firing pin.

Actually it is a good thing for you that it fits tight, because if you have it fitted by a competent gunsmith, it will be perfect with a minimal cylinder gap.

I tend to think that a very clean 3 screw gun cylinder should not be altered in any way

Nobody will know the difference. If you had used it in your Vaquero, it would have collected a turn line that would never happen in a proper OM.

A few file strokes on the boss beats a turn ring as far as value. But to each their own.
