How many variations of 44 Special stainless steel single actions has Ruger offered?

To the best of my recollection

1. Blackhawk 4 5/8" Talo 1000 made

2. Vaquero Sheriff's model 3.75" about 500 made Lipsey's

3. Vaquero 4 5/8" about 500 made- Lipsey's

4. Blackhawk Bisley 4 5/8"- distributor exclusives

5. Blackhawk Bisley 5.5" limited run but not a distributor exclusive- please correct me if these were distributor exclusives

Am I missing any? Any additional info is appreciated. Only interested in stainless models.

There was a Ruger factory modded Talo Blackhawk with a 5.5" barrel that was offered on this forum slightly before the Bisley models came out. Wouldn't consider that an official model but the barrel change was apparently done during warranty work by the Ruger factory.

Yes, the 44 Special Vaquero Sheriff's model has an ejector rod. All the Sheriff models (big frame Vaqueros and medium frame Vaqueros) have ejector rods.

Here are the 44 Specials that I know about:

Blackhawk flat top 4 5/8 inch barrel, blued, model 05232, cat.# NVB-444-SPCL
Blackhawk flat top 4 5/8 inch barrel, stainless, model 05234, cat.# KNVB-444SPCL
Vaquero 4 5/8 inch barrel, stainless, model 05147, cat.# KNV-44S
Vaquero Sherriff's model 3 3/4 inch barrel, stainless, model 05145, cat.# KNV-443

I don't have any 44 special Bisley models, so I can't comment on them. These revolvers are all built on the medium sized cylinder frame. For the purported low numbers made, they don't seem to have appreciated in value much.
