44 Flat Top Blackhawk

Found a gun Scott would probably like... no prefix, low 5-digit Flat Top 44 magnum, long barrel (9.5 or ten inch) in VG condition. 60-70% metal finish, grips are original but some wear from ranch use. No damage on the metal, just honest bluing wear for a nearly 70-year old handgun.
From what I can gather, $1400 is a fair asking price? :?: :?:

Be sure to post the serial number so it can be added to the BKH-40 list that is shown elsewhere at this site.
