Not that I know of. Given that cracked and/or broken stocks are a common problem though, I suspect there would be a market....and now that I think about it, for trigger housings too.
A couple years ago I bought one of these for my .44 carbine Ruger. It needs a decent amount of fitting work to get it right and I haven't even done it yet.
