Hello all,

Did Ruger ever make a Blackhawk Bisley in stainless, chambered in 45 Colt with a 4 5/8" barrel? I have looked but have never seen such. I am aware of the 0472, which is a convertible with a 5.5" tube.

I thought there was going to be a Lipsey's version Super BH chambered in 454 that I could use mostly for 45 Colt loads, but they have pulled it from their website.

Thanks.

I don't recall a 4 5/8" stainless 45 colt Bisley either. The 0472 Bisley is currently available as you mentioned and Lipsey's came out with the 0475 Bisley convertible with a 3 3/4" barrel this year.
I think Lipsey's has a 480 Ruger Bisley with a 4 5/8" barrel also new for this year but I don't know about the 454.

In perusing Lipsey's website, I notice they still show a .454 6 1/2" model but that they are all already allocated; they show the .480's available in both 6 1/2" and 4 5/8" lengths. There is nothing at all on the 4 5/8" .454. Apparently it's gone and they don't anticipate it coming back anytime soon.
