Probably not. I haven't tried it myself,, but if I recall correctly,, the cylinder boss is longer on the NM's vs the OM's. The barrels are set back a bit further in the frame window if I'm correct. Anyone else tried it?

I stuffed a '50's .44 Flattop cylinder in my 50th Anniv. .44 for grins....

It is a bit too short and needs the cylinder's bushing extended to eliminate the "end shake". The ratchet works just fine in the New Model. The B/C gap is OK, as well.

Thanks Flatgate. Have a customer that lost the cylinder from a 50s 357 and I wandered if the new cylinders would fit or could be made to fit. Thanks again.
