An interesting idea.
But your 32 mag is designed for a pressure of 21,000 and although the Ruger Single Seven on the same frame size is now chambered for the 327 Fed Mag at 45000 PSI, the .30 Super Carry at 51000 PSI is 6000 PSI higher pressure.
And the Ruger 327 Mag has 7 chambers which moves the cyl lock notches from over the chambers to between the chambers for added strength. I suspect anyone you ask to make you a .30 SC cyl would balk because of the higher pressure. Or if by chance they agree to make you a cyl, they may only want to make a 5 or 7 shot cyl.

I talked to Bobby Tyler today and he is researching this to make sure that whatever he builds is safe at 30SC pressures. I'll check back with him in a couple weeks to find out more. Thanks for the input guys. I'm optimistic that this can happen till I'm told no.
