I posted previously about a 32 that I thought was a 5 1/2" barrel but it is actually a 4 5/8" model. It is 500.00 and I may go get it now. It is in like new condition and hs adjustable sights. Any input on this model?

You can find them for a bit less but they are few and far between. I saw one on GB that was sitting at $436 or so just an hour before the auction closed; don't know what the final price was.

But if the gun you're looking and is in great shape and its local, I'd go for it. The 4-5/8" model is my favorite. At least you won't be paying shipping and transfer fees.... just the $10 instant background check fee for the state police.

I went ahead and bought it. It is absolutely like new and appears to have not been fired or handled at all and it is a 3 digit. The box is still in the posession of the widow who is selling off her late husbands collection. I also own a 4 digit Super from the same collection and it was a huge collection that is slowly being sold a little at a time.

I have no ammo but I am getting some dies maybe for christmas and will buy some brass and bullets if i can find it. I have a large supply of powders and primers that will work for it. Any recommendations on where to get all the above? I haven't had time to research any farther than Midway USA and they had no brass.

FWIW I use Lee dies that I load a lot of 32 mag. with. I'm very happy with them. 3.0 of 231 and a 115 lead makes a nice load.
