30rd mag for p89?

anyone have any experience with those HUGE 30 rd mags?
I saw someone with one at the range last night he shot about 120rds no problem.
So I went price searching and they go from 12-18 bucks, which is cheaper than factory mags....
of course they would just be for range use.

I have had suprisingly good luck with the cheap 30's. For some reason Ruger P series pistols dont seem to be as mag sensitive as other pistol designs that I have worked with. So yeah, for 20 bucks used as a range toy you cant go wrong. Get your self a PC9 to go with the 30 rounder too :wink:
