2" stainless SP101 in .38 Special at local shop

Looks really clean with original grips. They have $485 on it, I could probably get it for $500 ish OTD or real close. I don't need it. Not sure about box, etc. I was trying not to look at it... Is that a normal price where you all are?

I have a 3" SP101 in 38 Special (first year - 1989) and it is one fine revolver, one of my favorites. Very accurate and smooth. I would recommend it myself.

I have six 38 Special revolvers, obviously one of my favorite handgun calibers. I also have three .357 Magnum revolvers but only shoot slightly below maximum loads (I reload) for accuracy and comfort.

I've got on exactly like that. I see them at gunshots for about $425 locally in Minnesota and ,M where I shop. But usually see them in .357. sounds high to me but not too high if it's what you want.

If I found a 3" in 38 Special, I'd think real hard about getting it for the wife. First she's not going to carry, it will be a house gun, and second I think the 3" is easier to shoot accurately.

I agree about the 3 inch in 38. I think it is a great all purpose gun.....
