Like Contender said, Ronie Wells of RW Gripframes makes a brass birds head for both a NM and the OM Rugers. This is the first old model one he made and it wears Resin Ivory grips or snakewood grips, depending on the day.

Qualite,,, and the later production; MK Enterprises, aka Milt & Karen Morrison made the Birdshead in both NM & OM, AND,,,
XR3-RED that could be converted to Birdshead.
Even offered with grips included, ivory like material.
FYI: No longer manufacturing BGF, it's been over 10+ years.

Power Custom /Grand Masters offered a 2 piece (XR3/Colt size) and towards the end of production changed up the back strap a tad to allow it to be cut to a Birdshead. Here is a picture of it,,, and it's available, as I went in a different direction. I have been hanging on to it for a possible future project, I'm trying to stop "future projects",,, 🙄 The line on it was put on by myself, tracing a Ruger Birdshead Grip Panel. Very high quality part.
$275 shipped

You can see a picture of the differences in the Qualite/MK at the bottom of the following linked thread. Those pictured are OM but I assure you they also made em in NM,, I have one or 2,,, 😳😁

And as mentioned RW Gripframes / Ronnie Wells, currently makes some really nice quality parts in both NM & OM.
